Tour Lab was born from a simple conviction: that the best way to know a place is through the people who live there. We are not a catalogue of tours. We are a team that listens to what you are looking for and builds something around that.

Over ten years and 800+ travelers later, that principle has not changed. Every experience we design starts with a conversation — and ends with something that felt made for you, because it was.

Macarena built Tour Lab from the ground up with one principle: that every group deserves a journey that feels made for them. She handles the relationships, the details, and everything in between.

Rosario Soto

Production Director

Rosario coordinates logistics end to end — from the first itinerary draft to the final transfer. If it's on the program, it's because Rosario made sure it works.

Niklas Kummer

Tour Leader

Niklas leads in the field — in the Andes, along the coast, through the markets. He speaks four languages and has an instinct for reading what a group needs before they ask.

Guide

Florencia brings warmth and depth to every experience she leads. Her knowledge of Chilean culture, food and history makes each stop on a route feel like a story worth staying for.

We listen first.

Every journey starts with a conversation. We need to understand who you are and what you are looking for before we can design something worth your time.

We handle the details.

From transport to timing to the table you sit at — if it affects how you experience Chile, it's our responsibility. You shouldn't have to think about logistics.

We stay honest.

If something isn't right for your group, we'll tell you. If a destination isn't ready, we'll say so. We'd rather lose a booking than oversell an experience.
